    So what’s everybody putting up max, and what do u do to increase the weights to get stronger? I’m at a 345, I just can’t hit 350 lol..

    A little over 400 years ago during a power lifting phase I went through. Now a days it's no where near that. In fact I have no idea what I can max now. I seldom drop below 8-10 reps anymore. My poor joints have to many miles on them.
